Teaching Statement:
Beyond the primary purpose of educating students, I also obtain benefits from teaching for myself and my research. Good teaching and good research can reinforce each other in many ways, and I personally strive to achieve both. I take my responsibility as a teacher very seriously, and I believe that carrying out such an important responsibility takes both devotion and following a set of key teaching strategies.
